Highly Qualified Teachers

Each year, public schools are required to notify parents of any teachers at the school who are not considered NCLB (No Child Left Behind) qualified. NCLB is a Federal qualification program. The USOE (Utah State Office of Education) also sets state standards to qualify teachers in the state of Utah as being highly qualified to teach. To see a report about highly qualified teachers as LPA, please see the school report card on LPA's website under the quick link called 'About LPA'.  Most of the teachers at Legacy Preparatory Academy are considered highly qualified to teach by the state of Utah (USOE qualified). Some teachers do not currently qualify for NCLB status because they have not yet completed all of their NCLB requirements. Please email the executive director if you have any questions about particular teachers.(nbrooks@legacyprep.org)
