Jr. High Course Request Window Open! (window closes on April 24th)

Dear Parents,

We are changing the school's student information system from Onepoint to Aspire.  The soft closure has complicated the communication process but we are certain we can work through any issues.

Everyone must REGISTER via Aspire this is different from requesting classes.

Next year's 7th, 8th and 9th graders will choose their courses in Aspire AFTER they have been REGISTERED.  Directions below

Registration (ALL students through the parent portal)

Only 7th, 8th and 9th graders (next year)

***To select courses, you must FIRST be registered in Aspire (instructions above) and then wait 24 hours for the process to complete.***

Parents:
Our plan was to have your student select courses while at school.  We appreciate your efforts and patience.

All course requests will only be made on-line, through Aspire.

Please do NOT send Mr. Bradfield your course request forms.  If you already have, please still request your courses on-line.

To request courses:
  1. Go to  https://north.legacyprep.org/  Under the "Academics" tab you will find class descriptions and course request forms.  Please use these forms to assist you in choosing your courses.  Do not send them in.
  2. Log into your Student's Aspire account.  The username is your 1-4 digit student ID number you were given on a sticker shortly before school closed.  Your password is your 7 digit SSID number with a capital L in the front of the number (no spaces).  ie:  If your SSID is 1234567, your password will be L1234567.
  3. Choose "scheduling."  It is down the right side.
  4. Refer back to the course descriptions and course request form (#1 above) and request your classes. Please choose the classes that are already filled in on the course selection form (ex. math, english, science, etc) AND choose the appropriate number of electives.
  5. At this time, there is not a method to choose alternative electives through Aspire.  We will do our very best to assure your child is placed in requested classes but please understand that scheduling conflicts may occur.
If you have questions, please feel free to email Mr. Bradfield ([email protected]) or Mr. Murphy ([email protected])

Happy Selecting!
