Morning Carline:
Once you have entered the school lot, there are two lanes for carline.
- The outside lane is Junior High and 2-6 grade student drop-off lane, dropping off in front of the Junior High building or around the north side of the Elementary building by the field.
- The inside lane is for K-1 students to be dropped off at the front of the elementary building.
The lane you choose determines the location your students are dropped off. (i.e.: K-1, if you are in the outside lane, you will drop your K-1 students off by the field at the Leonardo school entrance. No Exceptions.)
Staff will be inside helping students get to where they need to be each morning.
- During carline, the entrance East of the Junior high will be an EXIT ONLY.
Some helpful hints to aid in the efficiency of morning drop-offs:
DO'S
- Once you arrive at the corner between the buildings, the inside right lane must turn right toward the field – the right lane will exit the school via the back of the building
- Please have your students ready to exit the car as soon as your vehicle stops
- For safety reasons, students should only be exiting vehicles against the curb
DO NOT'S
- Do not stop in front of the school building, please pull completely forward before stopping
- Please DO NOT exit your vehicle during carpool If you need to exit your vehicle for any reason, we ask that you park in one of the available parking spots.
- NO LEFT TURN when exiting the school. When exiting the school please make a right-hand turn only. If you wish to exit using the new road please turn right when exiting the school and take a left turn at 2285 South, about a block south of the campus
