As we approach the end of the current academic year, we would like to extend our gratitude for your continued support and partnership in your child's education at Legacy Preparatory Academy.   

After Winter Break, we will begin to plan for the upcoming 2026/2027 academic year and will be initiating the Intent to Return process. Intent to return for current Legacy Prep students and will run from January 6-23, 2026. Legacy Prep may enroll up to 261 additional students for the 2025/2026 school year.   

Our currently enrolled students in grades Kindergarten through 8th Grade receive priority for enrollment each year. To ensure your child has a spot next year, please take a moment to confirm your child's intent to return to Legacy Preparatory Academy for the 2026/2027 academic year by logging into Aspire. Information on how to complete the intent to return process is attached to this email.    

As part of this registration packet, we provide information on a variety of notices, policies, procedures, handbook(s), and other documents. These materials are current or in the process of becoming approved as of the time this registration packet was put together, but are subject to change throughout the year and may change after you submit this registration packet. Whenever changes are made to the materials reviewed in this registration packet, we will post the updated versions to our website so that they may be reviewed and used at your convenience. In addition, the intent to return process includes some acknowledgments, consents, and agreements to be signed by parents/guardians. Each of these documents are also available on our website.   

There are approximately 15 registration agreements you will need to click on and complete. Each agreement that needs to be reviewed and acknowledged will have an INCOMPLETE red button to the right of the agreement that needs to be reviewed. Click on the document name (ex. Enrollment Information) to begin reviewing the agreement. Once completed, you will see a green COMPLETED button.  

Here are some helpful hints to aid you in completing the intent to return process:  

• It will take a few moments for each agreement to load on the screen. Once loaded review the document and scroll down to the bottom to acknowledge and/or sign the agreement.  
• When entering your name on the sign and agree page, both the parent/guardians name and the students’ name must be entered as it is listed on the screen. The box will be green once the signature is entered correctly.  
• Once you have reviewed the document and signed the agreement, press the blue SAVE SIGNATURE AND CONTINUE button on the bottom right-hand corner of the screen. Some agreements do not need to be signed, in that case you click the blue I HAVE RECEIVED AND REVIEWED THIS DOCUMENT button on the bottom left hand corner of the screen. 
• Once you have reviewed and acknowledged all of the registration agreements, click the blue RETURN TO ASPIRE button on the bottom left-hand corner which completes the enrollment process.  
• This process needs to be completed for every current student in grades K-8 who intends to re-enroll at Legacy Prep for the 2026/2027 school year.  
• Once the enrollment is finalized by the school's registrar, you will receive a confirmation email verifying each student's enrollment for the 2026/2027 school year.

Should your student not be returning to Legacy Prep for the 2026/2027 school year, please email admissions@legacyprep.org and asked to have your student’s enrollment waived.
