As your child prepares for an incredible year of learning and growth at Legacy Prep, we're thrilled to share more about our engaging Kindergarten program! Our program is carefully crafted to provide a nurturing and stimulating environment where young learners can thrive. From developing foundational literacy and numeracy skills to fostering creativity and social-emotional development, our curriculum is designed to spark curiosity and inspire a love for learning. 2025/2026
KINDERGARTEN ORIENTATION
Incoming Kindergarten students for the 2025/2026 school year and their parents are encouraged to attend orientation on March 19, 2025, at 2:00 pm in the Building 2 Auditorium. Orientation will provide students and their families the opportunity to meet the Kindergarten teachers and instructors, view a video tour of classrooms and playgrounds, and learn more about what to expect in Kindergarten. Orientation is also a great time to turn in the required documents before the school year begins!
REQUIRED Documents include:
- Student’s original birth certificate
- Student’s immunization record
- Student’s completed vision screening (within the last 12 months)
- Parent’s government issues photo ID
SAVE THE DATES!
Back to School Night will be held on Thursday, August 7, 2025, from 6:00-8:00 pm. During back-to-school night students and their families will have the opportunity to meet teachers and staff, tour their classroom(s), fund meal accounts, and so much more!
Kindergarten students will have their first day of school on Monday, August 18, 2025.
Kindergarten students and their parents will be asked to schedule the student's beginning of the year KEEP (Kindergarten Entry and Exit Profile) Assessments August 12-15th. The child's homeroom teacher will be reaching our to each student and their family to schedule this assessment appointment during the first part of August.
