You will be receiving a few different emails this week from LPA which might require your signature or simply inputting information to help us better understand our LPA community.
This is one of those forms.
As we begin this new year, we are trying to determine the availability of electronic devices to best support all student learning. This year brings unique challenges as students will need access to devices both "in school" and "at home".
The survey listed below must be filled out by every Legacy Prep family with children enrolled in the school.
