Number of Students
- Enrollment for all new students is conducted through a state-approved lottery system.
- Legacy Preparatory Academy has an enrollment capacity of 1,200 students.
- For the 2023/2024 lottery, Legacy Prep may enroll up to 284 additional students.

School year 2023/2024
- September 30, 2022, Lottery dates published
- November 30, 2022, Lottery opens for new students, including kindergarten
- January 4-18, 2023, Current/Returning student Aspire online registration
- January 21, 2023, The new student open enrollment period ends
- January 23, 2023, The first lottery is held for the general public, siblings, and kindergarten
Open Enrollment periods will then be on a continual basis with lotteries held as vacancies are available.
Lotteries for the current 22/23 school year will be drawn as spots become available.
School year 2024/2025
- September 1, 2023 Lottery dates published
- November 1, 2023, Lottery opens for new students, including kindergarten
- January 4-19, 2023, Current/Returning student Aspire online registration
- January 19, 2023, new student open enrollment period ends
- January 22, 2023, first lottery is held for the general public, siblings, and kindergarten
