Welcome to Legacy Preparatory Academy! Thank you for taking the time to learn about our school as you make this important decision for your child. Legacy Prep is a tuition FREE charter school, serving K-9. Our student enrollment is managed through the lottery program, Lotterease. To apply for admission to Legacy Prep, click the "Apply Now" icon anywhere on this page.
The lottery opens on the first Monday in December each year.
The first lottery draw will be held on January 23, 2023, for the 2023/2024 school year. Please look for an email on or after January 23, with either an invitation or a notification of your position on the waitlist. Please accept or decline your child's enrollment invitation within the given timeframe. It is common for these emails to end up in the spam folder, so please check there if you haven't received an email response.
Returning students do not apply through the lottery, but register through their Aspire account.
Legacy Prep offers a FULL-DAY kindergarten program, with an option for a morning half-day. Legacy Prep is one of a few schools in Davis County to offer a flourishing, tuition FREE, full-day kindergarten program.
