The Ins and Outs for Friday Night, May 20th

There are just three days left before the Spring Fling! Let the countdown begin!

Date: May 20, 2022

Time: Fine Arts Program begins at 6:20

• Please give yourself at least thirty minutes to park and find a space for your family on the field (blankets in the middle of the field, chairs on the sides.)
• Please park in the LPA parking lot as space allows.
• NO PARKING by the field, on the west side of the school, or on the south side of the school.
• You may also park on both sides of the surrounding streets.
• Please obey all traffic laws.

Taco El Morro and Cody’s Burger will have items available for purchase at the event

Nothing Bundt Cakes. We are partnering with Nothing Bundt Cakes for another fundraiser this evening.  If you pre-ordered bundlets, they will be ready for pick up at their booth. There will be bundt cakes for sale this evening, as well as cake certificates to be used at a later date. 

Girl Scout Cookies will also be available for purchase at the event

DROP OFF and PICK UP FOR K-4

• Kindergarten students can be dropped off and picked up in the gym. 

• First through fourth grade have been assigned classrooms on the junior high side of the building. Parents will drop off and pick up children in the assigned classroom (map below). If you don’t have this information please contact your homeroom teacher. Immediately after your student’s performance, please walk to the sides of the fields, and enter the school through the northwest door. 5th-9th Grade Students will be allowed to exit the staging area, then return to their parents on the field.

HOW TO PAY FOOD TRUCKS, CONCESSIONS, VENDORS, and FOR SILENT AUCTION ITEMS?

For concessions and silent auction items: Cash or check are preferred, however, you can pay via credit card on the school website through this link. 

For vendors and food trucks: Cash or Credit Card are accepted.
