Silent Auction 2022 Rules & Regulations

About Our Auction 

The Spring Fling is the signature fundraising event for Legacy Preparatory Academy highlighting our classical-based education and fine arts programs.

The Silent Auction 2022 will go live on May 13, 2022, at 8:00 a.m. You will see a new option in the columns titled "Silent Auction Items 2022"

  • Bid on everything that piques your interest
A link to the donor's website will be listed on the "Silent Auction Items 2022" page for you to research further. We are extremely grateful to our generous donors.
What do you have up for auction?
 
To view the current auction item, click the "Auction Items" link in the column provided. Items will be updated through May 12, 2022.
 
Important note: The "Auction Items" page will be deactivated on May 12th at 8:00 p.m. The live auction page labeled "Silent Auction Items 2022" will take its place on May 13th at 8:00 a.m. and live bidding will begin.

Buy Now

We are offering a new perk for this years auction called Buy Now.

 

Should you wish to purchase the item immediately, without the hassle of bidding, see the BUY NOW PRICE on the item desired. If you are interested in purchasing the item at the buy now price, email Jules Snarr, ASAP at [email protected], she will immediately take this item out of the auction as soon as payment has been received.

 

Please note: Buy Now is on a "first come first serve" basis. Timestamps from emails will secure the winning Buy Now donation.

 

Remember, this is our signature fundraiser. Whether you "buy now", or are in a bidding war, you are free to bid with amounts above the asking price of each item.

Proceeds

Proceeds from the Silent Auction '22, concessions, and the chalk art square competition, will go directly to helping fund our fine arts programs; programs that enhance learning, prevent bullying and promote positive social interactions amongst our students!

Payment Instructions

On May 20th, at 8:00 p.m., the Silent Auction '22 will close.

There are three ways to pay for your winning item.

  1. If you are present at the Spring Fling, you may walk to Concession Booth #1 to pay for your winning item with cash, check, or credit card. 
  2. Bring cash or a check to the North Campus (Woods Cross) front office by Tuesday, May 24th.
  3. Click  THIS LINK to pay for the auction item immediately after the performance, without waiting. Show your receipt to someone at Concession Booth #1 to receive your item.

Any winning item NOT paid for by Tuesday, May 24th at 10:00 a.m., will be offered to the next highest bidder.

In the event, you are offered an item, the winning bidder will have 24 hours to respond and pay for their winning item, or the item will be offered to the next highest bidder. 

PICK UP INSTRUCTIONS
 
You may pick up the item(s) after they are paid for either the evening of May 20th at Concession Booth #1, or the following week of May 23-May 27 at the North Campus front office (2214 South 1250 West, Woods Cross, UT 84087), between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 3:00p.m
 
We will do our best to assist you in obtaining all of your auction items, however, it is your responsibility to make sure you have everything you won prior to signing the invoice and leaving.
 
All items must be picked up on or before Wednesday, June 1st by 10:00 a.m.  Left merchandise will be considered abandoned and forfeited, and will become the property of LPA.
